Greenwich Schools Closed Wednesday With Snow Expected

GREENWICH, Conn. -- Greenwich Public Schools will be closed on Wednesday, Nov. 26, because of the expected snowstorm, school officials announced.

Greenwich is expected to receive 3 to 5 inches of snow on Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service, which predicts 1 to 3 additional inches possible at night.

The decision gives Greenwich students a longer Thanksgiving break, as they are already getting Thursday and Friday off.
