New Canaan Schools Closed Monday Due To Snowstorm

NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- All schools in New Canaan will be closed Monday, Feb. 2, due to the approaching snowstorm and expected road conditions.

Fairfield County remains under a Winter Storm Warning until 6 p.m. Monday. Up to 4 to 9 inches inches of heavy snow are in the forecast, along with sleet and freezing rain, with a quarter to a half-inch of ice possible, according to the National Weather Service.
