The race begins at 12:30 p.m. at Webster Bank Arena and will go through Seaside Park. Check in and on-site registration is at 10:30 a.m.
The event is hosted by the Bridgeport Sound Tigers and will benefit the CT Challenge. Proceeds from the race will support programs for cancer survivors and and the 14 million cancer survivors in Connecticut and help survivors of all ages reclaim their lives. The CT Challenge Center for Survivorship is located in Southport.
Following the run, lunch will be served at the arena, and then all entrants can attend a 3 p.m. hockey game where the Sound Tigers will honor cancer survivors, CT Challenge supporters and award Tiger Dash prizes.
Adult entry fee is $35 and kids are $25.
