New Canaan Girl Wins Doubles Tennis Title

WESTPORT, Conn. – The Greens Farms Academy undefeated girls' tennis doubles team of Olivia Kjorlien and Avery Wolfe won the Fairchester Athletic Association championship Wednesday in Westport.

Kjorlien, a junior from New Canaan, and Wolfe, a freshman from Darien, defeated Charlotte Seiler and Kelly Seaver of St. Luke’s in the final, 8-3. It was the second straight doubles title for Kjorlien.

The Greens Farms girls beat teams from King, 8-0, St. Luke’s, 8-3, and Greenwich Academy, 8-6, en route to the final.

Greens Farms will travel to Hotchkiss School this weekend to participate in the New England tournament, where the Dragons are the No. 2 seed in the A division.
