Norwalk's Wall Street Theater To Light Up Marquee Friday Night NORWALK, Conn. -- The Wall Street Theater in Norwalk will mark its official opening after an extensive, $10 million restoration, with a ceremonial lighting of its marquee on Friday evening. The 700-seat theater, located at 71 Wall St., was originally built in 1915 and has been transformed into a next-generation performance space that will showcase professional music, comedy, dance and stage performances. Connecticut State Police Respond To Nearly 100 Accidents During Snowstorm FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Most people in Fairfield County decided on Thursday to stay off the roads amidst a giant snowstorm that dropped as much as 13 inches on parts of the area, but Connecticut State Police still responded to hundreds of calls for service during the day. From 6 a.m. Thursday to 6 a.m. Friday, state police received 1,492 calls for service. There were 89 accidents, including 11 accidents with injury. There were no fatalities, and troopers made one DUI arrest. They assisted 441 motorists during the day.

Snow's Over: Freezing Temps And High Winds To Hit New Canaan This Weekend FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- The snowstorm that dropped as much as 13 inches of snow on parts of Fairfield County may be over, but a wind chill advisory remains in effect for the area through Saturday morning. The advisory lasts through 10 a.m. Saturday. Very cold wind chills are expected that could cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes, according to the National Weather Service. Up To A Foot Of Snow Falls In Fairfield County Updated: FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. — When you looked outside Thursday, all you could likely see was blowing snow and giant piles of the white stuff. Three Men Rob Pizza Delivery Driver At Gunpoint in Stamford STAMFORD, Conn. — Three men robbed a Domino's delivery driver at gunpoint in Stamford early Wednesday morning, according to the Stamford Advocate.
