I am familiar with this woman and I know her to be a loving, caring mother and I agree with most people's comments on this blog. Why couldn't the neighbors just bring her back to the house to wait until the mother returned? What if she did need medicine for her son and had no help that day? To post her photo all over the internet is shameful and an over reaction to a very common situation. It was unfortunate that the boy fell asleep -- a mistake that could happen to any of us law-abiding, caring and loving parents who would NEVER put their children in harm's way. It is outrageous that the police and the neighbors over-reacted, and that this news venue as well as others choose to humiliate this person by reporting this story. View Comment
