All the number streets in east Norwalk are bad. People speed down these streets using them as cut through streets from cove to Gregory. What these drivers don't understand is that there are a lot of little kids riding bikes or playing near the street. We've had parents almost get hit cars on these streets. They should all have speed bumps and be one way with the exception of 1st and 5th as they are main rds. I've made reports to city hall and the pd and nothing was ever done. Now you can see sometimes we put obsticsls in the road forcing people to slow down. View Comment

(Here comes the cut and paste) As far as city carting goes, all I'm saying is they don't empty the bins out all the way. This is not just at my house, this happens at a few house on my street. I also know people who live on the other side of town that have the same issues. Also throwing the bins where ever they want and cracking them is another issue I have. If you want cheaper that's what you'll get cheaper. Guys who get paid less and don't care! I'd rather see my street clean and not have to buy a recycling bin every year. View Comment

Well if they pick up the garbage the way they pick up the recycling in east Norwalk then we are all in trouble!! These guys don't even empty the recycling bins all the way and leave crap all over the streets!! Happens every Wednesday on my street!! I don't think any of them care. Maybe with the supervisors following the garbage trucks around they can see how bad the recycling guys are!!! View Comment

Not to stick up for a coach that loses control in front of kids BUT!! Sometimes these umpires blow calls and are completely oblivious to what they did. These coaches put in a lot of their own free time and are not being paid for what they do. When a coach spends numerous hours with practice time for the kids,completely putting their lives on hold, I can understand being upset. Doing it on the field and in front of the kids is not right,but sometimes it happens. Now I don't know what happened to set him off or what happened during your regular season game that people have such a bad opinion of the coach but I can understand the frustration. This is a part of the sports world as it happens in every sport!! You can't bash a coach for sticking up basicly for one of his kids getting a bad call. Just my opinion View Comment
