UPS driver was in the right. Mrs Wells friend stated in the video that Wells attacked the UPS driver because he "talked shit." If that was justification to attack someone I would if attacked half of Norwalk by now. UPS guy should get paid double for the day . No assault weapon was used in Newtown(Ct already has a AWB) and the The Heller decision already stated that the state cannot ban an entire class of arms that are in common use. So go ahead and ban all semi auto firearms that can fire more than 10rds we will win in court and Gov Malloy can be thanked for throwing more of our states money away. View Comment

I have to agree. At first the money from the tolls will go back into the roads but then it will get siphoned off for this pet project or that pet project.Then they will have to raise the tolls because there is not enough money coming in from then to pay for the roads and then they will raise taxes.And the cycle will go on an on and on. Where did this number of 40% come from please show me the stats behind this? If the sale was not sent through the NICS check then how do you know the sale occured? A gun store has to perform a NICS check on a prosepctive buyer...it is the law. Reducing the number of clips in a magazine? Who edited this article . Why reduce down to 10 round why not 14 or 9 or 6 or 22.It is a arbitrary number.Do you think if Adam Lanza only had 10 rd magazines then somehow things may of worked out better...No it would not of. Enforce the laws we have already. Use common sense,if you have someone in your home that is mentally or emotionally unstable either remove the firerarms or lock them up.Mrs Lanza did neither.And while she was the first victim in this tragedy she bears some responsibility in this because she kept the firearms unsecured in her house with a person whom she knew had emotional and mental problems.
