Gary Liberatore is one of the finest men you ever would want to meet. The true professional in every aspect from being a Dad, being a Teacher for over 30 years or just being a fan rooting for a local athlete to do their best. Congrats Gary, you well deserve this honor. View Comment

Congrats to our newest leaders of the Norwalk Fire Dept. Capt. Markowitz, Capt. Franzen, Lt. Giancaspro, and Lt. Rywolt. Thank you for your commitment to the City of Norwalk and your dedication to the safety of all of its residents. View Comment
Jim and Joe Parlanti certainly deserve this award, and many other awards for all of the work they do for the youth in Norwalk. Never are these two gentlemen sitting around pondering how to do something, or waiting for others to take charge. They put their heads together and make things happen, including the grunt work of making fields playable, looking for rooms for visitors and all the other things that make their programs the best in New England.
Hat's off to Jim and Joe Parlanti for helping the youth of Norwalk and never asking for anything in return.
Thank your for what you believe in, Thank you for your dedication and Thank you for caring for the youth in Norwalk. View Comment
Nice job Wolfpit! My younger children Morgan and Jaxson love the rides and all of the games.
Congrats to the PTO and Staff for putting on a great event.
We followed it up with the Cranbury School Fall Festival and Book Fair to make it a great family day.
Great to see all of the school PTO's getting involved and being part of their schools. View Comment
Jamie Taylor is an inspiration to us all. To know him is to love him.
I have the pleasure of enjoying Jamie all Summer in the Norwalk Recreation and Parks Play and Learn Program.
His loving spirit and determination is a lesson he brings to all in our program. Jamie has made me a better person because of this. Thank you Theresa and Jamie Sr. for sharing your wonderful son with us and thank you "Seagull'" for being my friend.

Having grown up as a rink rat and working at Crystal rink, this has been a long time coming. Thanks Eric and Ryan of seeing a vision for our city and residents. Look forward in helping any way I can.
First hockey game may be the Mayors Cup between the Fire Dept and Police Dept. I heard there may be some good hockey there! View Comment

Great to see Pete Tucci coming back to his hometown and giving back to the community. I attended the Open House on Saturday.Standing back, watching and listening to Pete talk with Howard Johnson about hitting and making bats with so much knowledge and passion for the game of baseball was so impressive.
I wish Pete and Amy and their famillies all the success in their new business. Play Ball!!! View Comment

Thank you, Mrs. Hempstead for a job well done.
You are truly a example of what goes on inside of our school buildings and what Teachers really do.

Al and Scott are two of the hardest working city employees. With a limited budget, they have save the city hundreds of thousands dollars through their hard work and dedication.
