$2,200/month? Wow! That's a bargain. What was the electricity over the winter? Did the payment cover it? I spite of the brave words of "I could leave tomorrow...," finding a slip for a boat that size just isn't easy -- Especially if you want to run a business with it. I know, I had two at Chelsea Piers.
