Strong northeast winds are possible with this system from late Sunday into Monday night and again on Tuesday morning. The storm is expected to intensify when it moves up the coast.
Widespread hazardous conditions will lower in coastal parts of Connecticut, the Weather Service said.
This afternoon there's a chance of rain with temperatures remaining in the lower 40s. Rain is 50 percent likely today.
Tonight will become cloudy with light rain, mostly in evening. Patches of fog will roll in past midnight, and constant temperatures will be in the upper 30s. Rain is 80 percent likely.
Saturday arrives mostly cloudy, with highs in the lower 50s.
Sunday brings more cloudy skies and the possibility of rain again. The highs are expected in the upper 40s.
Rain continues overnight when the mercury drops down into the 30s.
More rain comes Monday, a breezy day with temperatures in the upper 30s.
