FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. — It may be a bleak Monday morning across Fairfield County, with the forecast calling for a mix of rain and snow with cold temps.
The National Weather Service said there's a 30 percent chance of precipitation on Monday. The wintry mix will turn to all rain by the afternoon.
It will be mostly cloudy, with a high near 45, but the wind chill values will be 25 and 35 degrees.
The temperature will drop to about freezing late Monday.
On Tuesday, it will be mostly sunny, with a high near 49 degrees but wind chills will make it feel closer to freezing.
The temperature will drop to about 32 degrees again late Tuesday.
It will be party sunny on Wednesday and Thursday, with a high near 52 degrees.
