NEW CANAAN, Conn. - The New York Times rated New Canaan's Picador restaurant "very good" in its review this week.
Picador opened on Elm Street in the fall, and offers tapas and other Spanish dishes. It's run by Alan Basaran, who has another restaurant a few blocks down Elm Street Carpe Diem, which serves Italian fare.
