The first incident took place May 23, when police responded to Delano’s ex-boyfriend’s house after he told her to leave and she would not, Ogrinc said. Neighbors told police that Delano had been screaming and banging on windows, Ogrinc said. She also kept dropping her keys when officers tried to handcuff her, the sergeant said.

Delano was charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with an officer and third-degree criminal trespass, Ogrinc said. Delano was held on $500 bond and appeared in court May 24.

On May 25, police were called to Sole’ Restaurant and found a loud and belligerent Delano swearing in the restaurant, Ogrinc said. She also pushed her chest and body toward officers and tried to prevent them from handcuffing her, the sergeant said.

She was charged with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer, Ogrinc said. She was held on $5,000 bond over the weekend and transported to court Tuesday.

While she was in police custody May 26, one of Delano’s neighbors reported vandalism at her home, Ogrinc said. Officers found her front door and screen door wide open with personal items strewn all over the residence, which looked ransacked, but nothing notable was taken, police said. The victim told police she left the doors open but said the house was “immaculate” when she left.
