Westport police said following the resident's call, officers searched the area, but were unable to locate the suspects, said Westport Lt. Jillian Cabana.

A total of two vehicles were broken into in the Saugatuck Shores area and one vehicle was stolen, she said.

A vehicle stolen out of Norwalk on Nov. 9,  was found dumped in the area.
