GREENWICH, Conn. — A 53-year-old Greenwich man was arrested after he urinated on Town Hall and yelled as employees were leaving work late Tuesday afternoon, according to Greenwich Patch.
Greenwich Police charged a man with disorderly conduct after an incident at Town Hall.

Kevin S. Slusarz was charged with disorderly conduct and released on a promise to appear in Stamford court Jan. 9.
