NEW CANAAN, Conn. — Two months after she broke a condition of her release by returning to a residence after a fight, a New Canaan woman was arrested.
Julie Elizabeth Grantham, of 116 Juniper Road, was charged with second-degree violating conditions of a release. She turned herself in to police Wednesday and was held on $15,000 bond for a court appearance in Norwalk.
Officers went to the Juniper Road residence at 2 p.m. Jan. 6 after a report of a dispute between two people there, police said.
Grantham was issued a summons and told she couldn't return to the residence, police said.
Less than four hours later, officers were called back to the home after Grantham had returned, police said.
Police obtained an arrest warrant and Grantham turned herself in at 7 a.m. Wednesday.
