Stamford Man Charged With Dealing Heroin

STAMFORD, Conn. – Stamford authorities charged a local man with possession of about $200 of heroin and attempting to sell it at an area bus stop on Saturday, according to the Stamford Advocate.

Leroy Hilliard, 64, was allegedly trying to sell the heroin at the bus stop at Atlantic and Bank street. When authorities responded to the reports, they detained Hillard on an active failure to respond warrant. Police allegedly discovered the 10 plastic bags of heroin during the arrest, the Stamford Advocate reported.
