Margaret Mingo Smith Gould, 83, Of Irvington, Realtor With William B. May

IRVINGTON, N.Y. - Margaret Mingo Smith Gould of Irvington died May 11. She was 83.

Gould was born and raised in Warrington, England, daughter of David and Mary Margaret Verrier. In 1956, she came to the United States. She was a Realtor at William B. May in Irvington for many years. She won an apple award in Real Estate from the Westchester Association of Realtors and won the highest sales award in the 1980s from William B. May.

Gould is survived by children, Norman Carl (Mary Rita), Brian J. (Tracy) Mingo, Richard T. (Mary) Mingo and Liz (Randy) Paul; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a sister, Kathleen Reiche; and brother, James Verrier.

Calling hours are Friday, May 17 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home, 64 Ashford Ave., Dobbs Ferry, NY 10522. A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 18 at the Church of the Sacred Heart, Dobbs Ferry.
