LYNDHURST, N.J. — The second year of the Lyndhurst Labor Day Street Fair offered double the fun.
The event, which began as a one-day fair last year, expanded to a Sunday-Monday event, with rides, games, food, shopping and entertainment.

Photo Credit: Rebecca AbmaMazur's Sugarflake Bakery offered sweet treats at the street fair. Sugarflake, which also has bakeries in Wyckoff, Fair Lawn and a new location in River Vale, took ownership of Mazur's Bakery last year.

Photo Credit: Rebecca Abma“We had a very positive turnout for a new event,” Mayor Robert Giangeruso said, noting that the borough will host another street fair on Columbus Day weekend.
Local business and eateries — including Little Guyz Pizzaria and Mazur’s Sugarflake Bakery — along with volunteer organizations were well-represented among the tents.
They joined traditional street fair vendors and food trucks.
