Bethel Man Sentenced To Probation, Suspended Sentence

BETHEL, Conn. -- A Bethel man who had been charged with sexual assault was sentenced to five years of probation and a five year suspended sentence after pleading guilty to risk of injury to a minor, the News-Times reported.

Marcello Austudillo, 24, was charged with first-degree sexual assault, third-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor and pleaded guilty following a deal with the state, according to the News-Times.
