Tony Winner Joanna Gleason Visits 'Into The Woods' Cast At New Canaan High

NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- Actress Joanna Gleason visited the New Canaan High School cast and crew of “Into The Woods” for a workshop and question and answer session last week.

Gleason won the 1988 Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical for her role as the Baker’s Wife in the Broadway production of the show.

The play is based on the book by James Lapine and musical score by Stephen Sondheim.

The NCHS performances will take place March 17, 18 and 19 at 7 p.m. in the high school’s auditorium.

Orchestra seating is $18; seats in the mezzanine are $15.
