WESTPORT, Conn. -- Westport-based Grout Rescue recently announced that the company received Better Business Bureau Accreditation.
Grout Rescue is a tile and grout company with more than eight years of experience in the field, rescuing more than 3,000 bathrooms.
The BBB “serves businesses and consumers by promoting ethical business practices, as well as helping to maintain consumer confidence in the marketplace,” representatives said. The BBB recently reviewed the Grout Rescue website to make sure that the site carries BBB approved information and claims, uses approved advertising verbiage and guarantee policies, and presents the proper publication of business licensing.
"By choosing companies that are BBB accredited, customers know that they will get quality work," representatives said. " Now there is even more proof that customers will get what they expect from work performed by Grout Rescue."
"Grout Rescue performs the highest quality work along with professional and courteous service to keep their customers happy," representatives said. "Grout Rescue, is a local, privately owned, Fairfield County-based company. They are not part of a chain of franchises, and as such have much more flexibility to address customers' specific needs. Grout Rescue has found that when their customers have hired a franchise they didn't know who actually was going to show up at their house when they called."
