How to Diet Effectively

“How to Diet Effectively” is the next topic in the Waveny Care Network and Norwalk Hospital public lecture series to be presented at The Village at Waveny Care Center in New Canaan on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 4 p.m.

Cindy Sherlock, a registered dietitian with the Nutrition Services Department at Norwalk Hospital, will be the featured speaker. She will provide tips on eating right to help make dieting easy, effective and healthy.

She will also be the featured speaker during the next program in the series. On March 14 at 4 p.m. at Waveny , the topic will be “Decoding the Food Label.” Sherlock will provide tips on what the consumer should look for when reading food labels.
