NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- Good2Gourmet (G2G), a New Canaan-based gourmet prepared meal business, is expanding its home delivery to service residents in Pound Ridge, Bedford and South Salem.
Good2gourmet prepares healthy gourmet meals for the entire family, including gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and low calorie options.
In-house Executive Chef Eric Ulbrich, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, uses only the freshest ingredients to serve healthy dinners that are as easy as pre-heating the oven. The meals are fully cooked, chilled for maximum freshness, and served in oven-safe containers for easy heating and minimal cleanup.
After registering online, place an order and choose a delivery window.
Each delivery window is one hour long. If the delivery windows are not convenient, simply leave a cooler outside and G2G’s delivery drivers will leave the meal.
With four kids at home, Lisa Strupp, the founder of Good2Gourmet, knows all too well the need for healthy and convenient mealtime options.
Driven by the needs of her own family, Strupp brought the team together to help fulfill her vision for the creation of Good2Gourmet. After getting her master’s degree in education, she spent most of her professional career as an elementary school teacher. Upon having children, she and her family moved to Fairfield County from New York City and now live in New Canaan.
To Strupp and her family, the only thing that seemed to be missing in their community (and in the surrounding towns) was a place where people could choose from a wide variety of prepared meals. Thus, the idea for Good2Gourmet was born. It is now she and her family’s dream come true.
Good2Gourmet is at 31 Vitti St., New Canaan. Call (203) 703-8022 or go to www.good2gourmet.com .
