Agent: Glenn Beck's New Canaan House Not Sold Yet

Glenn Beck’s Ponus Ridge home is still on the market, but the real estate agent marketing his home for sale says there’s been plenty of interest in the 11,320-square-foot building.

Realtor Lynne Leonard-Ohrn of Lynn Leonard Realty LLC said late Wednesday afternoon that the conservative talk show host’s home in New Canaan has not been sold officially. Several reports have indicated that a sale had been reached, and Leonard said she’s told them it’s not the case.  “There has been a lot of activity and we’re very close,” Leonard-Ohrn said.

The sale price for Beck’s home, featuring six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and five fireplaces on 2.8 acres, is $3.65 million. The home has been on the market for more than a year. It was originally priced at $4.9 million. Beck announced earlier this month that he would leave his Fox News Channel show.

Leonard-Ohrn said she is also working to sell the home of JetBlue Airways founder David Neeleman, who owns a 13,500-square-foot home on Rosebrook Road.
