Join Gwynne Pfiefer on the library lawn at 10 a.m. to learn the dos and don’ts of container gardening. The workshop will be held in the Lamb Room if it rains.
Cost for the workshop is $20 per person. The library will provide dirt and plants. Attendees need to bring their own 15-inch planter, or you may buy one at the library.
Online registration is required as space is limited. To register, visit the library’s registration form.
Attendees of the workshop will also be able to visit the library’s new seed lending library. Patrons can borrow seeds, let some of the new plants you grow go to seed then bring the next generation of seeds back to share with others. Seeds are free to checkout.
