New Canaan Post Office Developer Plans Second Tenant In New Building

NEW CANAAN, Conn. — A second tenant is planned when the two-story New Canaan post office building opens in August, the developer said, according to the New Canaan Advertiser.

Developer Richard Carratu plans to have another tenant on the second floor of the new building on Locust Street, the Advertiser said.

Carratu also said that the 3,800 square feet of space will have its own entrance and elevator, reported the New Canaan Advertiser.

Post office officials recently toured the site and were pleased with the construction process, the Advertiser noted.
