Ratings Rise As New Canaan's Brian Williams Returns To MSNBC For Pope News

NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- Ratings are up at MSNBC now that New Canaan resident Brian Williams is back on the air, reports the huffintonpost.com.

Williams, who was suspended for six months from "NBC Night News" after being caught embellishing and lying about news stories, hasn’t addressed his absence, the huffintonpost.com said.

The return of Williams to the MSNBC coincides with the arrival of Pope Francis on his first visit to the United States.
