New Canaan Police: Drunken Driver Was 4-Times Over The Legal Limit

NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- New Canaan Police charged a man with driving while intoxicated after they found him to be more than four times over the legal blood-alcohol limit, according to the New Canaan Advertiser.

Stephen W. Russo was pulled over on suspicion of speeding, police told the Advertiser. Police say they found one empty bottle of vodka and another that was two-thirds full, the Advertiser said. Authorities said Russo's blood-alcohol content was over .32, the New Canaan Advertiser reported.
