International Website Features New Canaan Home That Comes With Rolls-Royce

NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- A New Canaan home that comes with its own Rolls-Royce was featured Thursday in a story by Mansion Global, a website that markets the world’s most prestigious properties.

A Rolls-Royce is included in the purchase of a mansion in New Canaan listed by Jennifer Leahy of Douglas Elliman.

Douglas Elliman agent Jennifer Leahy’s listing at 28 Pequot Lane in New Canaan includes six bedrooms, six baths and four acres. It is listed for $8.275 million.

The home has 9,385 square feet, including a screening room, sauna, wine room, custom bar, full service entertaining kitchen, nanny quarters with private entrance, elevator and extraordinary master suite.

The home is also one of the few in New Canaan with a tennis court, and also has a pool.

The buyer will also receive a 1998 Rolls-Royce Silver Seraph. The vehicle has 18,000 miles and is valued at $75,000, according to Mansion Global.
