NEW CANAAN, Conn. — Here’s a list of home sales and property transfers in New Canaan from July 27 to Aug. 2, as reported by the New Canaan town clerk’s office:

• Anthony Bouscaren sold 36 Mortimer St. to Ann Gehnrich for $1.045 million.

• Rebbland LLC sold 113 Hemlock Hill Road to Christopher and Marisol Cuesta for $2.75 million.

• Rodney Hilt sold 55 Dabney Road to American International Relocations Solutions LLC and Vincent Rosdahl and Diana Rosdahl for $2.125 million.

• Michael Mitaro sold 152 Marvin Ridge Road to Jonathan Balkind for $1.675 million.

• Paul Cruger sold 51 Reeder Lane to Tyler Cruger and Holly Cruger for $1.4 million.

• Dominick Miceli, Annette Miceli, John Miceli and Rosemarie Miceli sold parcel Lot 77 (Map 31, Block 10) on Weed Street to Kay Parker Jex for $515,000.

• Gilbert Kapelman and Lyn Kapelman sold 86 Logan Road to Micheline Norwood and Roger Norwood for $960,000.

• Glenn Starkman sold 982 Oenoke Ridge to Christopher Meloni and Sherman Williams-Meloni for $4.383 million.

• Brent Alvord and Karla Alvord sold 168 Summer St., Unit B, to James Blackwell for $594,000.
