• Rebbland LLC sold 113 Hemlock Hill Road to Christopher and Marisol Cuesta for $2.75 million.
• Rodney Hilt sold 55 Dabney Road to American International Relocations Solutions LLC and Vincent Rosdahl and Diana Rosdahl for $2.125 million.
• Michael Mitaro sold 152 Marvin Ridge Road to Jonathan Balkind for $1.675 million.
• Paul Cruger sold 51 Reeder Lane to Tyler Cruger and Holly Cruger for $1.4 million.
• Dominick Miceli, Annette Miceli, John Miceli and Rosemarie Miceli sold parcel Lot 77 (Map 31, Block 10) on Weed Street to Kay Parker Jex for $515,000.
