▪ John Servidea Revocable Trust sold 222 West Hills Road to Anthony Tomas Builders LLC for $1.335 million.
▪ Suann Jeffries sold 3 Hampton Lane to Lee G. and Nancy C. Jordan for $1.326 million.
▪ Brian and Amanda Kickers sold 358 White Oak Shade Road to Brookfield Relocation Inc. for $1.3325 million.
▪ Brookfield Relocation Inc. sold 358 White Oak Shade Road to Michael P. and Amy A. Ravanesi for $1.3325 million.
▪ The estate of Marilyn K. Travis, care of Lynne Burns sold 155 Heritage Hill Road to Russell Eugene Mayne for $295,000.
