NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty has announced that AnnMarie Sementilli, formerly of William Raveis, has joined the firm as a sales agent, and will be based in its New Canaan brokerage.
With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Sementilli holds detailed knowledge of the Fairfield County housing market.
Having previously served as office manager of a boutique real estate firm in New Canaan, Sementilli went on to become a successful senior sales associate for William Raveis and was a member of the President’s Club.
Her professional specialties include new construction, luxury homes and investment properties in Fairfield and Westchester Counties.
Sementilli also served as president of the New Canaan Board of Realtors in 2011, and was the past director of the Connecticut Association of REALTORS.
“Throughout my real estate career, I have always made sure to keep my clients’ needs at the top of my priority list,” she said. “Whether moving near or far, I provide individuals with an exceptional level of service, as well as many unique marketing extras and business skills. I am thrilled to continue furthering my expertise at a firm known for its unparalleled services.”
William Larkin, manager of Sotheby’s New Canaan brokerage, said Sementilli is “a wonderful addition” to the firm.
“Her time as both an office manager and top sales agent in our local market provides her with all the necessary knowledge and skills, and then some,” Larkin said. “I look forward to working with AnnMarie in the future, and welcome her to the firm.”
Sementilli is licensed in both Connecticut and New York.
She currently lives with her husband and three children in Westchester County.
An active participant in the community, Sementilli volunteers at St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church in New Canaan as a Confraternity of Christian Doctrine teacher and wedding coordinator.
