Cyber criminals got the best of a Maryland fire department that is out of more than $200,000 that had been earmarked to purchase two ambulances. The Rockville Volunteer Fire Department issued an alert on Thursday advising that a group posing as a vendor the agency had been working with had been bilked in late April as they continue to recover the cash.
