As part of a statewide initiative to enhance its reliability, the company will be installing taller, sturdier utility poles in Hawthorne and Glen Rock, along Route 208 North and South at the Lincoln Avenue overpass from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.  Friday through Sunday. Cesar David Martinez, 31, also known as Cesar D. Martinez-Nolasko, failed to appear Tuesday for the first day of his manslaughter trial at Bridgeport Superior Court, state police said.
