Andrew Christopher Pacicca, 20, of 6 Chipmunk Lane in Norwalk, turned himself in at New Canaan police headquarters just after 11 a.m. Wednesday, police said.

He was charged with disorderly conduct and released on $5,000 bond for a Dec. 6 court appearance.

Pacicca approached a 17-year-old runner in Waveny  park at about 5:40 p.m. on Oct. 31 and tapped her on the shoulder as she was running, police said.

"Pacicca was running alongside the female runner and after tapping her on the shoulder, grabbed her shoulder to stop her from running," police said. "Once the female runner had stopped running, Pacicca asked her, 'Will you have sex with me for $2,000? How much do I have to give to you? I'm really frustrated.'"

The 17-year-old girl immediately ran and reported the incident to New Canaan police, police said.
